Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by HostGet ("Company", "we", "us"), including but not limited to our website, cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, and managed services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Service Description
HostGet provides cloud hosting infrastructure services including but not limited to: Cloud Virtual Private Servers (VPS), Dedicated Servers, Managed Cloud Hosting, Domain Registration and Management, SSL Certificates, DNS Management, and related managed services. We act as a cloud reseller and managed service provider, sourcing infrastructure from reputable global and local providers, optimizing it for Bangladesh connectivity (including BDIX), and delivering it with our premium support layer. Service specifications, features, and availability may vary by plan and are detailed on our website.
Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. HostGet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these terms.
Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Customers may also maintain a credit balance in their account for automatic service renewals. Services are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during purchase. All services are set to auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will provide at least 7 days' notice for any price changes. Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period. Refunds are available within the first 30 days for new services, subject to our refund policy.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited: hosting or distributing illegal content, sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval, launching or facilitating DDoS attacks, distributing malware or malicious software, infringing on intellectual property rights, hosting phishing sites or engaging in fraud, excessive resource usage that impacts other customers. Violation of this policy may result in immediate service termination without refund.
Data Protection & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data. We collect, process, and store data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Our practices include encryption of sensitive data, secure data centers, and strict access controls. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. HostGet reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend services without notice for violations of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to non-payment, acceptable use policy violations, or illegal activity. Upon termination, you will be billed for any outstanding charges. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination, during which you may request a data export. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostGet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to HostGet during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, though we strive for the highest standards of reliability.
